New governance for the Defontaine Group

As of February 26, 2025, the Defontaine Group is led by a newly appointed executive team:

• Mathieu LAUMONIER as Chief Executive Officer
• Cécile POLES as Chief Financial Officer
• Frédéric FERRANDON as Chief Operations Officer

Each of them brings extensive experience within the Defontaine and Rollix brands, having held key leadership roles in the past.

This new executive team is organized with balanced roles and responsibilities to ensure both continuity and the necessary evolutions to meet future challenges.

The whole organization is focused on creating sustainable value for the employees, customers, partners.

We thank Eric Jacquemont, CEO of the Defontaine Group since 2012, who retired on February 26, 2025. After 39 years of dedication and significant contributions to the success of the Defontaine Group, we extend our deepest gratitude and wish him all the best in this new chapter of his life.
