Permanently lubricated slewing rings
Rollix can also supply its lifetime lubricated version (-EV) if your application meets the requirements.
This offer can provide you with a sealing technology signed Rollix, a unique finish quality due to raceway
grinding and a technology that is validated on our test benches for even more quality.

Automatic lubrication systems
Rollix is always trying to provide new specific solutions and give you the best possible lubrication option for your system. That’s why we offer:
Lubricators fitted on the slewing rings: if the installation allows it, the lubrication systems can be
connected directly to lubrication points screwed into the slewing ring holes.
Remote lubrication to the centre of the slewing ring: extensions are added if the environment prevents
direct access to the slewing ring lubrication points.
Centralised lubrication with distribution: if there is only one lubrication point, using this solution
will ensure that the lubrication is evenly spread across all the lubrication ports.
Other solutions, such as lubrication pinions for the gear, can also be implemented.
