If you are working in the wind power sector, Rollix is your solution! Supplier of a unique range of spare parts, Rollix can change your parts without any problem. Moreover, Rollix can provide you with a large range of services going from maintenance to sealing solutions. All of this to meet your requirements and demands, as well as meeting the environment constraints.

Our spare parts
Therefore, we can offer a service of spare parts for your blade bearings. 80% of these parts are available in stock and they correspond to 95% of all wind turbines types. You can find out all the wind turbines models in our Spares & Services brochure available below. Plus, we can adapt our products’ packaging for long term storage, sea transport and temporary outdoor storage. Various types of packaging are at your disposal: on pallets, in crates, or customized (stillage, tarpaulin…)
All our activities are certified ISO.
As well as offering spare parts, Rollix can supply the corresponding components for the parts concerned: fasteners, sealings, grease containers, etc.
Our services on-site and at Rollix
Our maintenance teams can act anywhere in the world, directly on your offshore or onshore wind farms.
Rollix teams can provide you with a videoscopy service to ensure a non-destructive inspection of areas of your bearing that are beyond eyeshot. Plus, it is possible to replace your sealing if they are damaged. On another hand, our teams can realize an on-site bearing inspection of your installed bearing to make sure your bearing works properly and does not face any technical issues.
When inspections and services cannot be done on site, we offer our maintenance services directly in our facilities. Rollix has the possibility to do a lubricant analysis, a bearing retrofit or a root cause analysis.
Moreover, our Rollix experts provide specific trainings, both theoretical and practical to allow you to be autonomous on your bearing maintenance.
Our engineers can provide you with technical recommendations to ensure the best future for your bearings: maintenance, grease quantities, bearing installation, assembly, disassembly, etc.
